What they look like

Real b-roll cut to match every line, not just a vibe match. Kinetic text cards. Tight clean captions. No dead air, no words clipped at a cut. Reference style: Nick Saraev, Albert Olgaard, Jason Cooperson.

I already cut a first pass with Claude Code: structure, captions, rough b-roll. What I need is someone who takes that and consistently lifts it to the quality I actually want, fast, or cuts straight from the raw take when that is quicker.

How it works

Two cadences, both need to land

Weekly batch: I record 7 to 10 talking-head takes in one sitting. You edit and deliver the batch.
Urgent: when a story breaks I may need a same-day turnaround on one reel. This is the main reason Claude Code fluency is a strong plus here, not a requirement: it is what makes a fast edit possible without starting over in an NLE.
Speed, quality and consistency are all essential at once. Fast with the quality dropping is not fast enough.

Who I am looking for

What you need

Reliable. Whichever cadence it is, it lands on time, every time. No missed batches, no silence when something slips.
Fast without cutting corners. Speed, quality and consistency together, not a trade-off.
An eye for b-roll. You pick footage that matches what is being said, line by line, not a generic vibe match.
Comfortable building a template. Music, SFX, transitions, brand style: something reusable that keeps every edit consistent and streamlined, not rebuilt from scratch each time.
Claude Code proficiency is not required but a strong plus. If you can open, fix and extend an AI first-pass edit directly, say so.

Edit the raw take above in the reel style described, upload your edit and your intro video somewhere I can actually open them (Google Drive with link access set to "Anyone with the link", Loom, or YouTube unlisted all work fine), and fill in the form below.

If I can't view your upload because of visibility restrictions on your end, I won't consider your application. Double check the link opens in a private/incognito window before you submit.
