First client in ninety days, or your money back

Finish the ninety days without landing a paying client and we refund you in full, provided you did the work. The guarantee is action based, so there are specific things you need to have done during the ninety days to qualify.

You can request the full guarantee terms at any time by emailing us at matthew@joinapex.io.

Do them all and come up empty, you get your money back. Skip them and the guarantee does not apply.

Who it applies to

You have to have done the ninety days

• The guarantee is for members who complete the full ninety days as a paying member. That is three monthly payments, or one quarterly or yearly payment.
• You can cancel at any time, and you keep everything you have unlocked. But cancelling before the third payment means you have not done the ninety days, so there is nothing to measure and the guarantee does not apply.
• This is not a technicality. The guarantee is that ninety days of doing the work gets you a client. It cannot cover ninety days you did not do.

Claiming

Claim first, then cancel

• Put your claim in before you cancel. Your claim window runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and cancelling ends that month, so a claim made afterwards has nothing left to run.
• Send your program checklist and your outreach log. We hand you both on day one so you are not scrambling for them at the end.
• There is no interview and no panel. If the log checks out we refund you in full, processed within five working days.
• Once your claim is in, cancel whenever you like. Cancelling does not affect a claim we already have.
